By accessing our site or the data held within it, including but not exclusive to placing an order in the online store and the Trade Portal, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions here.

It’s Braw Ltd t/a Wasted Degrees Brewing reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice.

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the United Kingdom. When ordering and making a payment you are acting to confirm that you are aged 18 or over and that the recipient (per the delivery address) is aged 18 or over.

When ordering on behalf of someone else or when ordering a gift, if said order contains alcohol the recipient must also be aged 18 years or older. It is a requirement for an adult over the age of 18 to sign for delivery, otherwise delivery will be refused. Any additional costs incurred as a result of a refused delivery due to a lack of compliance with age restrictions will be due by you to us.

In instances where we are no longer able to supply products listed online, a refund or substitute with the same or greater value will be offered.

We aim to ensure that the prices shown in the online shop are correct. We will make contact if an error does occur to resolve the issue. This may be a confirmation of the correct price or a full or partial refund.

We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice.

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of order confirmation.

Payment can only be made using the facilites offered at the point of purchase.

Card payments are made through a secure server. Wasted Degrees Brewing does not store your financial details.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering.

Free Delivery: any banner on the website offering free delivery is exclusive to B2C orders only and is not applicable to Trade orders, unless otherwise stated.

Privacy:

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users to both our website and online shop. We are GDPR compliant and honour these values in everything we do.

All information of a personal nature is treated confidentially and will not be passed on to any other organisations, except in the cases of: to fulfill an online order (i.e. to a shipping company) or to fulfill a legal requirement (i.e. government request). All payment information goes through a secure server, and as such is not processed by us.

Returns:

Returned goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Refunds will be made, minus carriage, when the goods are received back at Wasted Degrees Brewing. Cost of returns will be carried by the customer unless the goods are damaged, faulty or an incorrect consignment was sent by us. If goods are visibly damaged on the doorstep, you are within your rights to refuse receipt of the delivery. If this is the case, please get in touch and we can either refund or send a replacement at the earliest convenience.

In the case of a failure to deliver based on an incorrect shipping address, Wasted Degrees Brewing accept no responsibility. Please ensure information provided is as accurate as possible prior to confirming purchase.
